At K-Swiss, we stand behind our premium athletic footwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure the items are in unworn, original condition with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
